SAMSUNGGalaxy Tab A8 WIFI - 64GB - Grey (Old Version)

I purchased earlier this month and found it very good and fast, BUT when I purchased it , it was advertised with a £50 gift games card for play store. To date nothing !! NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED with the customer service. Anybody else had this I wonder ????
