The instructions for this item are so overly complicated. It comes down to this - hold button for 3 seconds to turn on and double click to enter pairing. It worked initially with my AirPod 2’s and sound quality was fine and the device worked as expected. Pairing it to my AirPods Pro 2 worked but found audio quality poor so I switched back to AirPod 2’s and the device refused to connect just kept flashing while both devices were stuck in pairing. I asked for support from UGREEN and they offered no support apart from what was already stated in the guide. Avoid buying this device and buy something else instead. Support is poor and device will be returned
