i have really bad acid reflux. My brother-in-law has it also and recommended what he uses and said that it works. I bought this instead since it's the generic of the brand he recommended. In all honesty, I didn't think a 20 mg pill would work for me as bad as my acid reflux is, but it really works. I have been taking it for two weeks straight and have had two nights where it didn't work fully later in the evening; however, the acid reflux was about a fourth of what it usually is those two nights. I am truly grateful that I have found something that works for my horrendous acid reflux!
