Q: Can i plug in a lower powered poe into the input, to boost it up to a poe++ output?

The input port of GP-102IT is for Data Ethernet cable only. We still need to plug the GP-102IT to a power outlet, otherwise, GP-102IT won't power up. Since the input port of GP-102IT is for Data only, I suggest you use a PoE splitter to separate the lower powered PoE cable to data cable then connect to the Data port of GP-102IT.

Q: Does the adapter come with the product and is it compatible with 240 Volt?

GP-102IT works with 240V, no adapter needed.

Q: is it compatible with australia plug or do i need to buy a US to AU plug adapter

This is the US model which the product comes with a US plug. A plug adapter is needed for AU.
