Mego Horror Bride of Frankenstein 8" Action Figure Multicolor

I love old horror figure

Purchased the figure and upon opening the figure, saw that the paint was scraping off at the wrists. That led me to see if there was other shoddy paint on the figure. Removing the clothing from the figure and I discovered that it was a poorly painted Caucasian female that had been painted with cheap lime green paint. Everyplace there is a joint ( Wrists, ankles, knees, hips, waist, and shoulders) the green paint just flakes off movement. It's very sad and poor quality control on the company, as Mego in the past had no problems actually making bodies in various / correct colors. The company blames the Chinese Factories, but my question is was there not a production sample BEFOREHAND that had to be signed off on? Beware if you buy this figure because you will have a pile of paint flakes playing with this figure.

these mego figures are super cool.They all look good, have the vintage feel and look people like.i only buy the horror figures but its all good.They are however pricey. almost cost the same that NECA ultimate figures do and you get more from them.

Great action figures they look old school. Great addition to my horror collection.
