I've never owned one of these before, but had been thinking of getting a Food Sealer for some time. When I saw how affordable this was, the Two Year Warranty, & all the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try.The Sealer looked to be well made - good solid construction, compact, & easy to store.I needed to make a trip to the grocery store, & there were some great sales on Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Sea Scallops, as well as some lovely fresh fruit.When I got home, I set up the Koios Vacuum Sealer, removed the store packaging from the food I had just bought,crossed my fingers & tried the sealer. It worked perfectly! Within minutes I had everything all sealed up with an air-tight, & ready for the fridge & freezer. I was surprised at how easy it was to use & wished I had bought one ages ago.I liked the option of being able to adjust the size of the bag to what I needed - less waste. I also found that without the store packaging everything took up a lot less space.I just bought a larger freezer with quite a bit more room. So,between the new freezer & the Koios Sealer I'll be able to buy more food, that will last longer. It also means less trips to the grocery store!Even my husband, who is not very compatible with kitchen gadgets & small appliances, & was hesitant to try it had no trouble using the sealer. He's going back-packing next week & planning on using this to seal up the food supplies.This sealer has got me quite excited. I like to support our Local Farmers when I can. They sell a wide variety of fresh, or Pick Your Own, produce. I'm going to stock up on all the wonderful Organic, Non-GMO produce & keep it in the freezer. I'm hoping to have a lovely selection of Fruits & Veggies to choose from during the winter months.I recommend the Koios Vacuum Sealer.

I just received my Food Saver Koios Automatic Multi-use Vacuum Sealer Machine. It's easy to use. The vacuum sealer works as it should (you have to make sure the bag is over the vacuum chamber). I only tried it with something dry but fairly certain the wet option works the same. It seals tight. There was a sticker telling you to register the machine on their website, however, it stated it was only a 1-year warranty. When purchasing the Sealer Machine, it says there is a 2-year warranty. I called Koios to confirm that I have a 2-year warranty and the representative assured me, it was for 2-years and that the sticker on the box was just not up-to-date. I printed out the ad page just in case lol which says it's a 2=year warranty. It takes 2 minutes to register your warranty, so please do it. They ask for your Amazon order number and email address. I wish I knew how to upload a video so I could show everyone but I don't. I only see an option for a picture which wouldn't do anyone any good. Koios should actually put a video demonstrate of the machine vacuum sealing on their Amazon page.

Koios has suppplied a generous supply of bags, and extra seal, and even two extra rubber feet for the bottom of the unit. The sealer itself has the bag cutter feature, a holder for the rolls of product, and a handy and appreciated storage for the cord. I do like the lock down feature more than those that push to lock. My Crenova had far less features, and lasted one day due to suddenly being unable to seal the bags for a reason I do not know, it just stopped working! I believe your product is well worth what it is being charged for. I have previously (several years) owned Food Saver brand sealers, and was so dissappointed with their difficulty of use, that we stopped sealing foods for quite some time. With very limited use up to this point, our Koios sealer works as advertised, and we are hoping that we will be able to enjoy sealing our meats and dry goods for a long time. Vacuums well and seals well, so far so good! Update to my message. Today we sealed a roast, home processed italian sausage patties, and chicken legs and thighs. Everything was vacuumed and sealed well. The bag cutter is a great help and worked flawlessly. Also this sealer is lightweight, and runs much quieter than others we have owned in the past. I would buy it again and do recommend this sealer. Second update--we have now used the sealer to vacuum dry goods in the glass mason type jars using a Food Savers jar sealing kit for both regular and wide mouth jars. The kit comes with the necessary hose, and the sealer once again did a great job. We sealed approximately 8 jars.

wife picked this off my wish list for Dad's day. really liking it. I put it to use quickly on some cut and wrapped venison I had in the freezer from last season, probably getting close to freezer burn. I put the already wrapped portions directly in the vacuum bags and went to work. even made a few bags with the roll. All worked perfectly. High quality. Vacuum sealer worked without a hitch. Dodged the freezer burn bullet. All seems great. I really like the lock down lever on the side, and the different settings for soft and moist. Also the tray the roll sits in and bag cutter is great and keeps the roll from cruising around your counter while pulling/ cutting as you are making bags. efficient and space saving.. try without and you will very much appreciate these features. Digging this little unit. if things change I will update but as it stands... Winner! 5 stars for features, replacement parts, ease of use and price point. ;-)

Update 3/2021: Cord clips in the cord storage area did not last. Both broke after a couple months leaving jagged, sharp edges. I had to removed the broken clips entirely and now wrap the cord around the unit.Update: after using for different sealing jobs, moist/dry, I discovered it doesn’t suck as much air out as other sealers. Air pockets remain after a “moist” seal, so I’m concerned as to just how much better it is from using a cheaper Zip Lock bag.Third sealer I’ve owned, first time for Koios brand. Unlike their competitors, hopefully this one will last longer than a year. We enjoy using the sealer to reseal Mylar bags such as chips. Buying and freezing larger quantities of food will help us save money as well.
