Q: Does this fit over the ear? It looks too tight to do that.

It didn't fit well over my ear. Also it is way too sensitive. Very slight downward movement of your head will set it off. I returned mine.

Q: Do you have to buy the lithium battery for this product?

No you don’t. It comes complete with rechargeable battery

Q: Can you adjust the volume?

The volume is the standard or the alarm , can not be adjust becuase if the volume is lower it can not alert you in time , if it higher , it would influence your ear . So stop adjust the volume

Q: Would i have to reset it everytime it alarms?

I don’t remember. I just remember it was a horrible product. The concept is good but someone could really make it a usable product
