Versatile
Purchased this for the triple feature to accommodate variety of uses. Fits in the RV storage bay. I can use as an ext. Or step ladder and being able to adjust the step feature to accommodate different ground slopes or a stairway is a plus. Others have seen me use it and are blown away. It holds my 235lb frame well. Even pushed limits recently as my brother in law who is > 350 used it as an ext. Ladder to get on the roof

Flimsy and dangerous
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this 18.5’ ladder to enable my wife to get on top of RVs for inspections. NOTE: IN THE VIDEO I MISTAKENLY SAID 22’ LADDER - I HAD BEEN LOOKING AT SUCH A MODEL, BUT THIS IS 18.5’. My ladder is heavier and harder to use for her. I quickly leaned this will not be a good solution. While it does open and close smoothly- the latches aren’t securely popped in until the next rung is extended - although I do like how visible the latches are. One can quickly tell if they’re secure or not.I took pictures and video to illustrate how completely flimsy this ladder is, and it wasn’t all the way extended. The first time I used it, it was fully extended, and as I stepped onto it on top of my 13’ high RV, it wobbled so badly I nearly fell off. I got back on the roof and used the RV ladder to decend. I weigh 195# and I can’t see it surviving a 300# person on it, even though it’s rated to 330#. I expect ladders to be somewhat bouncy, especially as weight limits are approached. However, this is unsafe.

Great for a RV
Bought this for the RV. Nice tall ladder that is stable and sturdy. Have used in in both Step and Extension mode without and issues. In extension mode it is perfect to climb up on the roof of the RV at 12’6”. In step mode I can easily wash the windows, The size folded fits nicely in my storage compartment.

Great as a-frame that stores easier, not if want to use at different heights or an extension ladder.
Ladder seems strong and good as an a frame step ladder, but not to be used in any partial extension. Feels a little heavier than I was expecting. Must be fully extended or it will be unstable. Does not lock in closed position, which seems dangerous to carry or move unless on its side. Held in closed position with a strap fastened by velcro. Does not feel safe as an extension ladder. If I had been able to check this out in person first, I probably would not have gotten it.

Serves the purpose for which it was purchased.
I liked the fact that the order was filled promptly, and it seems to meet our needs….I purchased the ladder for use inside our home (to reach smoke alarms and light fixtures on our high ceilings.); but it is not a ladder I would recommend for daily commercial use. It seems stable enough, but I’m not sure I would feel safe using it ( fully extended) on a daily basis if I were a painting or construction contractor. I would worry that the tubing might collapse, or the locking joint might fail. There are heavier and stronger alternatives for that type of application. But for occasional and relatively lighter duty, it should be fine.I should add that it was a bit heavier than I expected, but the wheels make it easy to move from room to room. Use of the ladder does take some practice to insure that each rung is extended fully and the locking mechanism is fully engaged…or it could slide back down suddenly. And be careful collapsing the ladder. The first time I tried to collapse it with it standing in the A-frame configuration, it almost fell over on me as I unlocked the lowest rung on one side. It might be safer to extend and collapse the ladder when it is lying down ( if you have the space allowing it). When the ladder arrives, the only assembly required was to add the stabilizer bar and wheels at the bottom of the ladder. I did encounter some difficulty inserting the bolts that hold the stabilizer on the ladder, as the holes between the bar and ladder leg did not quite line up. Fortunately they were close, so I didn’t have to drill them out and was able to wedge them into alignment so I could install the bolts.

Great for homeowner handyman
After having 3 ladders stolen because i had no place to store them, i bought this one because it folds down to a manageable size. Its actually almost too easy to use and im 275 pounds and it is sturdy with my fat ass carrying up steel to put on the roof

Difficult to use
This ladder has locking mechanisms for when it is extended, but does not lock into place when collapsed. Therefore, moving the collapsed ladder is a nightmare as the legs will extend on their own. There was a Velcro strap attached, assuming this was meant for holding the extensions in, but the Velcro is subpar and does not stay fastened, letting the extensions open during movement. Lifting the ladder with only the strap to keep it collapsed is not an option. The wheels provided were missing the screws to attach them to the ladder feet; if these wheels were able to be used, rolling the ladder would be the only viable means of transport. There is no crossbar on this ladder when used as an A-frame and can very easily tip over if not on a solid, even surface. Otherwise, ladder itself seems to be decent construction, if you can get beyond the low maneuverability and difficulty when extending/collapsing.

Great little ladder
A bit heavy at 40 lbs but I'm a 70yo woman and I had little trouble manuevering it, extending it, or compressing it back down. If course I weigh under 120lbs.
