Sigma 18-300mm F3.5-6.3 Contemporary DC Macro OS HSM Lens for Sigma

First of all kudos to the vendor - shipped quickly and well-packed. A really good “does it all” lens with an amazing zoom range and in-lens stabilization. But it’s not an unwieldy lens, it’s fairly balanced. Probably the only niggling complaint is the zoom twist is in the opposite direction than I’m used to. But that took all of 12 seconds to get used to. Best of all with the Sigma adapter this works with an E mount Sony (6400 in my case). And the lens has update-able firmware. Note if you buy the Sigma adapter you don’t need the update “puck”!!

Great lens that covers the three general types of lenses, wide angle, normal and tele. Sigma lenses are sharp and consistently produce high IQ. Several of my lenses are Sigma and they provide me what I demand in an image.

Parto subito con il dire che ho reso la lente, che era perfetta e senza alcun difetto di costruzione e ringrazio amazon per il servizio resi che ci consente anche in questo periodo di lockdown di poter provare un prodotto con la tranquillità di poterlo restituire. Dico subito che se siete fotografi non alle prime armi questa lente NON fa per voi, specie se la associate ad un sensore foveon (io l'ho testata sulla SD quattro) e se siete abituati agli obbiettivi della serie ART. Se invece siete alle prime armi e volete una vera lente tuttofare, avendo ben chiaro che per scattare specie alla massima vocale (equivalente a un 450 sul FF) vi servirà tanta luce. i principali difetti sono:Vignettatura importante alla minima focaleAberrazioni cromatiche alla massima focaleSono pignolerie facilmente sistemabili postproduzione, ma la definizione non è allo standard a cui sono abituato

Ich habe dieses Objektiv als Reiseobjektiv zu einer Sigma Kamera angeschafft. Bringt nicht diese 100%ige Schärfeleistung, die die Kamera leisten könnte. Aber zu diesem Preis absolut empfehlenswert.

Confermo quanto dichiara SRLGEAR che dà tutti 10 a questo obbiettivo. Sono pochissimi gli obbiettivi con questo punteggio e di solito non zoom ma a focale fissa. Bisogna considerare che è un obiettivo per tutti gli usi di una comodità estrema e che evita nell'intercambio delle lenti l'accumulo di polvere sia sulle reflex che sui mirrorless. Regge perfettamente ingrandimenti 30/40 e oltre. Va fatto per i migliore risultati un post editing su file Raw con il software Sigma 6 per la Sigma e con potenti programmi (Adobe , Lightroom etc ) sui file RAW della Pentax.
