Love this laptop! Perfect sleek size, lightweight and not bulky; so far it is easy to use. I love the light pink/rosy color. I added a white keyboard cover for some cute contrast and to match my mouse! Highly recommend.

The crappiest and glitchiest laptop I've ever owned. It is impossible to do anything on it, as Windows 11 allows you zero control over anything. Windows 11 is a terrible operating system to begin with.This laptop freaks out all the time. I don't know if it's a hardware issue or what, but I will be typing and it will automatically start either backspacing or deleting as if I'm holding down the key, but I'm not. No amount of typing, key commands or anything will stop it, it just deletes half my work, then crashes, then I can't get it back, even if I've saved it. The software is terrible. It is impossible to do or fix anything on it. I've had to have my computer genius uncle look at it three times and still, it's glitchy.The USB ports are all on the right side, which is where my mouse is since I'm right-handed, so trying to work with any USB or cable in the ports is also a nightmare to work around. The letters on the keys are a terrible color. If it's dark, you can't see the letters or commands on the keys because they are light grey against a pink backdrop. Even though I don't need to look at my keyboard, sometimes I have to do precise work and can't see the keys if the light is hitting them or if it's dark.I had a Dell Stream that was put out a few years ago and it is so much better than this thing. I miss the old models.The only good thing I have to say about this miserable machine is that the battery life is fantastic. It lasts seemingly forever. And the keyboard is a comfortable setting for my typist hands. Other than that, I regret buying this thing. Maybe mine is just glitchy and the others are fine, but I'm not happy with it.

Came very fast, no scratches or anything, i was skeptical with ordering it because of how packages get damaged during shipping but mine works perfectly fine!

Purchased for my daughter first year in college. She really likes it! Very light weight and sleek design.

Excellent laptop

Good laptop and fast enough for the wife's needs. The only real issue I see is that the printed letters on the pink keys are very difficult to see. If they lit up, it would no issue at all. But the little skinny white letters/numbers on a pinkish colored definitely does not stand out very well.
