Nice mount, still in place after 6 months.
Bought this for use with a dash cam after another budget mount I bought was useless due to defects. After over six months of using this on my windshield I can tell you this thing sticks! I put it on during summer and now it is winter and not once did it fall off or loose it's grip. My area gets to the upper 80's during the summer and -20's (F) during the winter and I haven't had to re apply it once. The adjustments for the camera arm are firm and will keep the camera in place through every bump and pot hole I have hit. Living in a rural area we have a lot roads that are in terrible shape and my dash cam is still pointed where it started after six months.I see this thing is unavailable at this time, hope they restock in the future as I would love to have another one of these.

Good product, works well, but don't expect to hold a DSLR type weight with this. Head on this tripod mount is not strong enough.
Works really well for my application, but the screw that tightens the ball down will not lock it fully. It still moves a little. No big deal for me but it might be for you. Don't expect a rock solid tight setup. Plastic can only hold so much pressure, so watch the weight you load this up with too.

It's ok
Not what expected it does cool your laptop off but i had no idea the cooling fans are exposed underneath, if i know that i wouldn't have bought it. Sit it on your lap and the fans will stop moving, this cooling pad and for like if your sitting at a desk. Its nice but i wouldn't recommend it if you like your laptop sitting on your lap.

Good holding power, poor finishings
just received my unit, the package was very poor (a kind of ziplock bag). It feels good, nice weight even though is made mostly of plastic. The screw where you put the camera doesn't look good, I'm afraid it will ruin the threads of the camera. Tried it and no damaged happened. Will try it shortly but only with my cheap camera first.

Junk!!!! Buyers beware!!!!!!!
I bought because of the prior review. So I got the first one and I turn it on and it keeps saying " Insert Card". So I insert the card and then I get a reading" Memory Full". It is a brand new SD card how could it be full!? So try the second one out and it screen is in a foreign language. Great so I have one unit that does not work and the other is in a different language. I wasted $80.00. I'm definitely returning these item. Buyers stay clear of this one. Amazon I have been a loyal customer for almost four years. I recommend you take this piece of junk off of your inventory or three party vendor list. Garbage like this is what frustrates the customer base. Thanks

Wyvern Suction Cup Mount.
Inexpensive, but very sturdy camera mount. Primarily plastic with metal fasteners and adjusment ball. Rubber suction cup holds very well on smooth porcelain and painted surfaces, and releases clean and easy.I just needed to hold an old camera on a boat, and the Wyvern Mount worked great. I figured if it fell in the water and lost it I would not have lost much money. This is a good mount for the money!

The threads seem like they might be a little strange
I worked very well. The threads seem like they might be a little strange. I can't get it more then 1-2 turns on my accessories. Its nice and big and seems to mount securely....
