Love using these while sewing. U can hold them all the time and don’t have to stop and use the scissors

The tape on the box that housed the pair of scissors was broken so I knew the contents were compromised. To my disappointment one of the pair of scissors were not spring activated. I had the correct sequence to open the broken pair of scissors to find the spring was not correctly placed in it’s housing and fixed like new. The scissors are very sharp and precise when the connecting bolt is tightened. Being a very heavy solid steel pair of scissors I don’t see how these can get broken and will last a lifetime with few sharpenings. They are exactly what I was looking for to aid in multiple thread cuts in a single hold and being small enough while needing both hands to maneuver material without putting the shears down. A must have for any sewing project. And a second pair is even better to keep handy with your wardrobe.

These are sharp. I accidentally cut a small sliver in the side of my finger with them. I cut very heavy duty thread and these are perfect for it

These scissors work great for cutting yarn. They are quite heavy and a little awkward to use at first bit after a few uses I got used to them. Can't beat the price.

I've always kept a pair of these for sewing, a must have. My husband fishes so I thought great Father's Day gift to make creating his lures on fishing line much faster and easy. I lost mine so perfect purchase, right? Wrong!! I grabbed one for myself. Perfect. Bored his and couldn't believe the difference. Dull with 3 burrs. They "over closed" as well. Kept them but bought him a much nicer set.

When I opened the package I was surprised to see how big these were. However, I am absolutely delighted with them.They are extremely high quality. They cut several layers of fabric without a problem, great for thread nippers.I accidentally dropped a pair. They reassemble easily and seem not too worse for the experience.
