Protein shakes and mixed drinks
Do you even Squat?! Awesome little bottle that makes those protein drinks not taste so bad. Its nice that it has shaker to help mix everything up. I have also used this for mixed drinks and its been great! Easy to clean and use!

It's good material too
I use this water bottle everytime I work out. It's good material too! I've dropped it a couple times and it didn't break or get cracked.
