I am very impressed with this device for many reasons, but the forming and sculpting I have achieved after just a few uses is what amazes me the most. The multi functions is what I consider the most impressive since they work simultaneously to sculpt my jawline and eliminate my fine lines. It feels warm and soothing with the light treatment and has reduced my hormonal blemishes as well.

The battery of my item have a problem that cannot charge so it shuts down rapidly after choosing mode of function. It doesn’t work even the item is in charge. I need the other perfect one.

I was excited to get this today. I plugged it in and charged it. Went to use it, it vibrated a little bit but no lights at all came on. Very disappointed. Will be returning.UPDATE:Was very easy to return and received my new one very quickly. The lights work, but no vibration. Not sure if Im going to keep it and just use the red light therapy part of it or return. Very disappointed. Wouldnt recommend this product.

I can tell there us a reduction of wrinkles and my skin feels more firm, but I haven't noticed any difference in lessening scars or dark pigment from sun damage. Perhaps with continued use I will note an improvement in those things as well

My item came without any instructions. I have to go to you tube to find out who to use it. After a couple of hours charging the light never turn up. Do not waist your money on this. I'm very dissatisfied.

I returned the first one I received because the battery didn’t last longer than just a couple of minutes. New one shipped out and received ASAP and works great! Can’t say if it actual does anything yet but it forces me to take 15 minutes out of life to relax!

Finally received this after several conflicting messages from UPS. The enclosed instructions were very unclear, as if they were a badly translation. I charged the wand overnight...even though it came with what seemed to be a French plug. Though the display showed up, it didnt seem to have taken the charge, and nothing happened at all. I charged again with the USB instead but again nothing. Very disappointed with this especially as the other reviews I had read seem so enthusiastic. I am returning it and have asked for a replacement, though in retrospect it seems so useless I rather wish I had just asked for my money back.

I'm pleased with the product, it works as promised, instructions were a little confusing but it's not hard to understand how it works by browsing through the functions, the device itself has a good weight, it looks and feels good enough quality, very aestethicaly pleasing, i've used it a couple times, I can say it does work very well when i use the functions that help you absorb facial serums. The Ultasonic therapy is very relaxing, overall i think it was a good purchase, affordable and in a little while we will see the treatment benefits i hope.
