This works great for me as both a mouth rinse and for nasal irrigation. It’s too bad that it arrived damaged. The contents of one bottle leaked through its seal thus creating a sticky mess. Despite this being the case, I will purchase again, simply because it works better than any other product for symptomatic relief of sinus congestion and allergy related symptoms.

It's highly effective in dissolving hardened nasal mucus. My doctor recommended it. And it's the most beneficial product I've ever used to keep the nasal passage open. The small spray bottle is labeled Alkalol but does not contain the same solution as the large bottle. Evidently "Alkalol" is the company name. It's more like a saline type product yet very effective for when you're on the go.

I happened to discover Alkalol while surfing on Amazon, and it was a great stroke of fortune. I mix about a teaspoon with salt in my netti pot twice a day and it keeps my sinuses clear and healthy. I normally have one or two sinus infections per year, but since using Alkolol, I have not had any. It's made with simple ingredients which I also like.

This is a great product but this was a crappy “deal”. Didn’t need the saline but was happy to get the Alkalol. One bottle needs to be trashed because it wasn’t properly sealed and was leaking or tampered with. They don’t take returns so I lost out on some $$
