I recently changed from solgar to this brand. I recently learnt that solgar sold to nestle so I’m out now.This brand is simple and effective.I have very low folic acid. I’ll wait a month or so and update. I have to have a test so I’ll know if this has been effective or not. Ingredients are natural so I like that.

Great supplement
I have been using this supplement exactly for a month due to as folate deficiency reading at 158mm/L. Did my blood test again couple of days ago and folate came back at 1026mmol/L. Definitely recommend this product and will purchase again.Edit: as my reading is now at 1026mmol/L, I will take this supplement 2/3 times a week to maintain my folate levels.
