The media could not be loaded. I have a pre-lit tree that I love, but I don’t love the aggressive blinking settings on the pre-lit lights. I bought these twinkle lights in the warm white so I could leave my pre-lit lights on and add these for a more subtle twinkling effect. Very happy with my purchase! Super easy to put on and was a great addition for my 7.5 ft tree.Only negative is the warm white does not include a remote, which I didn’t realize until I received the package. My fault because the listing only shows a remote with the bright white.

I was stringing these lights on a large indoor tree's branches (not a Christmas Tree) and the spool came in handy keeping the string out of my way as I laid it out. I used a clip style clothespin to temporarily keep it from unravelling if I needed to take a break. I was pleased that the remote had many options. I wanted something subtle, and the #4 setting which alternately turns on only every other light was subtle enough. I also dimmed them as much as possible. Everything I needed came in this "kit", the spool, light string with a male usb on end, a converter plug with a female usb plug on one side and a regular 2 prong male electric plug on the other, and a remote (with the battery). The light string has a permanent controller near the end and the button on it can be used to turn the string lights on, press again to cycle through the modes of light display, then to off. Or you can use the remote. The remote gives you the additional capability of setting a timer and also dim the lights. The silver wire has a clear coating on it, but looks attractive. Be aware that It does catch the light sometimes, as any metal would. A sturdy string, I had to redo my project twice and had no problems with the string working as intended. My minor complaint about the remote is the "Off" is green and "On" is red which is the opposite of convention in the USA. My wish list for light sets is that they make a brown or black wire with warm white lights. I have only seen dark wire with orange for Halloween. Dark wire would prevent the silver or copper wires from catching the light and calling attention to itself. Also many vendors make WARM white lights ONLY available on COPPER wire, and COOL white lights ONLY available on SILVER wire. This vendor provides SILVER string with WARM white lights. Some lights strings made have a very yellow warm white, I think this string looks natural. Continued success!

These are very cute and cozy lights; I bought them about three years ago to decorate my first college apartment. There are a lot of them, so you can cover a good amount of space. The remote is a little confusing and low quality, but I only ever used one setting and never turned the lights off, so that didn't matter.Recently, these lights finally kicked the bucket. They just suddenly turned off, and when I try to turn them on again, the lights strobe for a moment and then turn back off. It's hard to be super mad about that when it's been so long, but regardless, know that they won't last forever.

My daughter had asked to do more to decorate her room and lights were one of her requests. After looking at a few stores, I decided to look on Amazon and am so glad I did. This string of lights is so long and we were able to cross back and forth a few times on one wall. She was pleased with all the light options and having the remote to control.

The media could not be loaded. My first review ever because the lights are awesome. I have looked a long time for true random twinkling lights. Every 5th light randomly twinkles. In my video, my tree is 9’ tall with 5 sets of lights (1000) lights, so there is a lot of twinkle happening. Using less lights will give a more subtle twinkle if that’s what you’re looking for. Strands are plug in but they do not connect. Be prepared to have a power strip. The copper wire blends in and hides easily. There is no remote for lights but it’s not needed. Lights are not too dim and not too bright. The LEDs have a natural clear light effect. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. It’s the perfect length. I have a somewhat small room so I was able to wrap it around my entire room and another wall. These lights are so beautiful, even on the dimmest brightness, it adds a soft glow to the room and it’s actually a perfect reading light for me. I love the remote control and the many options it has, and some lights are pretty strobe-y so I guess they would be good for a party. Now on installing: please have patience! The wire does get tangled if you’re not careful. What has helped me in keeping it de-tangled is putting it on my wrist while I went around the room with thumbtacks! I am 5’2 and I hung these lights up by myself. It’s easy if you’re patient and have a set way to keep the wire from tangling (trust me, keeping it on your wrist like a bangle/bracelet is super convenient). I am happy with my purchase and if anything happens to the lights in the future, I’ll make sure to update my review.

Nice brightness and easy to install. We used some wall clips to secure it on the ceiling and looked great. This lost a star for two reason: the on off switch slightly buzzes when you're near it. Secondly I think the lights could have been slightly brighter.
