Works as advertised
It amplifies the voice great. Both my parents have difficulty hearing a regular cordless phone, they can hear this one fine.

Phone for the impaired
We bought this for my 97 year old dad that is partially blind and 85% deaf. It is so great to call and carry a conversation with him. Would recommend this over and over.

its hard to keep the sound clear, have to learn how to adjust the volumes.

A phone for seniors should be easy to use
I purchased this product for my mother in law and she could never use it. Use it myself for several months and found the sound volume uncontrollable and the speaker repeating the dialed numbers problematic. Several attempts to change settings were unsuccessful. Discontinued use of phone entirely.

Very nicely made... works great! Like it’s versatility to hang on the wall too!!

My grandmother can't tell the difference
My grandmother has hearing aids and still has trouble hearing. We hoped that these phones would help. They did not make a difference from her old att phones.
