bought 4 months ago and it was great, but now ALL the feathers smooshed to the outer squares and the center is completely flat.we tried fluffing by hand and in a big industrial dryer, but no luck. is there some way to get the feathers to move back to the empty squares? unless theres some special fluffing instructions we missed I wouldnt recomend.

This product is very uncomfortable and it does make an crinkly noise I thought it would be like the feather topper I bought years ago, I guess when something feels good you should get more than one. But this product is not of good quality.

Bought it as a gift for my brother- he loves it! Says it's cushy and comfortable.

my old featherbed is about 15 years old and still much fluffier than this one. this item is also rather heavy and not as easy to shake out. next time i'll spend a little more for a better quality one

First night...Unimpressed. (Hopefully my mind will change and I can update this rating)The mattress pad is loud. It only adds a little comfort. Unfortunately I'm in a location where many of the less expensive mattress pads won't send. Therefore I will be thankful for the additional comfort I can get.

It's fair for the price don't like the "crinkle" sound it makes when you move around on it. Otherwise it's alright-not the best one I've had-wish it had a softer feel and made no sound when you move around on it.
