Wearing the knee protection is comfortable and stays on its place. When I am doing abs crunch using the cable, it protects my bony knees. I also wearing it when I am playing badminton in case I need to hit the shuttle going downwards on Mt knees.

I have recently had knee surgery and these knee pads have changed everything for me and I honestly couldn’t do my job without them now, they felt a bit odd at first not being used to wearing knee pads but now I forget I have them on. I work for the ambulance service and when it comes to kneeling on a gravel road for example they offer excellent protection for my poor knees. As long as you make sure to align the Velcro fastening properly (as they can be a bit scratchy if the edge of the Velcro is exposed) they are very comfortable on a 12 hour shift and not bulky. Before I bought these I had tried several other pairs including ones that slip into the front of the cargo trousers we are issued but they never sat right and were all uncomfortable. These stay in place all shift, they offer fantastic protection, they wash really well and I love them so much I’ve now got 2 pairs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knee protection.

I use these for pole choreo and they've done me well for a couple of months however now the pads are quite worn down and the biggest problem is the velcro on the one isn't sticking well anymore and often comes off as the fabric it sticks too has become worn.If you can afford it, id invest in some kneepads thathave replaceable pads and don't have velcro as it's unreliable and uncomfortable if you have it on bare skin

While snowboarding I often end up on my knees waiting for friends to catch up, and that’s not good for them at all. Also if I lose a toe edge on ice then it’s quite likely my knees may take a bit of a hard impact.I don’t do tricks or jumps as I’m far too old for that stuff, but the last few years of boarding have left me wanting some knee protection.I tried a few pairs of snowboarding knee pads including Burton ones - they all slipped all the time, bunched up very uncomfortably behind the knees, moved around and were almost more trouble than they were worth.I chose these because of the low profile and the twin Velcro straps leaving a space behind the knee to avoid the bunching of the others I tried. This also makes them really easy to put on and adjust to the right tightness. Since the neoprene-like material is so elastic they don’t feel tight but don’t slip or move at all.My kneecaps are actually quite large and prominent, and while the padding in these is small in diameter and minimal in thickness they covered my kneecaps perfectly. For those with smaller kneecaps they probably be just as good if not better.There are different knee pads for different sports and needs, and I wouldn’t use these for mountain biking for instance as I don’t think they’d take much abrasion or provide much protection from rock impact etc., but for what I wanted, worn over the skin and under thermals and ski pants they worked out perfectly. I wore them all day every day and they didn’t budge, in fact I forgot I was wearing them until I knelt on them, and provided just enough padding to be soft enough to kneel on and keep my knees warm when doing so. Luckily I didn’t fall all week so I can’t vouch for impact protection, but they’d definitely be better than not wearing them, and with the padding being kept in place so well there’s more likelihood they’d provide impact protection if I had fallen in them.They did have a strong smell when I got them but a go in the washing machine fixed that.Overall I’m very happy with them.

Best ones Iv purchased. Iv bought them in two sizes as wasn’t sure which ones would fit best and the M was definitely the better fit. They’re sturdy and comfortable and don’t rub like others have done ! I highly recommend!

Good product, but the velcro becomes less efficient after a few uses. Not sure about longevity. Will update soon on the longevity.

Prinzipiell super Knieschoner der Bewegungsfreiheit gibt. Aber das Polster ist sehr schnell durch. Ich benutze die Schoner beim Snowboarden und nachdem ich sie den ganzen Tag anhabe entsteht dort wo meine Kniescheibe war natürlich eine Mulde im Schoner allerdings bleibt diese dann und an der Stelle ist nahe zu kein Polster mehr. Aber ansonsten ist er echt super :)
