Q: Does the camera give a fish-eye effect? Al the cheaper cameras tend to do this and it warps the room!

We now have two of these and neither of them is doing the "fish eye". We have seen this effect on other cameras, but this one is pretty "flat" compared to the cheaper ones. It won't be quite as good as a really high end professional one - but it is much better than the cheaper ones and better than the built in cameras in most laptops (both better resolution and less distortion). Still recommended after many months use!

Nope, if you’re using a PC/Mac then you may probably adjust the field of view but straight from the cam... no :(

1.Do you use Skype software? If so,when you find there is no image in Windows 10 Skype. please neither download the Skype from Microsoft Store and nor use the Windows pre-installed version. You need to download desktop version on the SKYPE Official website: skype.com and install it,then the webcam will works. 2.Please make sure your webcam is not occupied by other video applications; 3.for maore detail please check the user manual part :2. Computer can't detect webcam and part 7.No image during video communication; 4. If all of the above still method cannt solve the trouble.please contact seller with the warranty card information.
