These are a great option for snacks on the go or an alternative in the morning to a ceral bar. They've been a life saver for me when I'm out and about to keep me going. I think they're much better than opting for chocolate bars.

These are my favourite. Second time ordering, they do not disappoint. Delish and yummy!

These arrived with a shelf life of just under 4 months, which seems respectable and unlikely to be a problem for most and definitely not here, as these taste really quite good. You get an oaty base with a subtle hit of lemon; you can taste lemon, but it isn’t an over powering taste, just about right.Each bite is 97 calories, but it isn’t actually very satisfying for that calorie hit, even though it is low. A bite is literally just a mouthful overall, although you can obviously nibble and make it last longer. There isn’t a huge amount of appetite satiation in something so small and the temptation is easily to have a second or even a third.The calories aren’t the only problem with such a small portion. There is 27% fat content (5.3g in each small bite), albeit this is tempered by 14% fibre (2.8g per bite).I do like the bites and will buy more once I have eaten my way through the first box, as long as I can establish the willpower not to eat too many in one sitting. They taste lemony and good, maybe too good.

It is ok. It’s not a bad flavour at all but it doesn’t taste of honeycomb or caramel. It only contains 2% of these ingredients so that’s probably why. It’s low calorie could well be put down to the fact each pack is literally 1 “bite” they are very small.

Though I have to limit one little packet a day and clean teeth and mouth immediately!

When I ordered these, I has mistakenly thought that they would be a cake - nice, moist, lemon drizzle cake that would melt in the mouth. So I was a little bit disappointed when a several boxes of flapjacks arrived. However, I do like a good flapjack so I rolled with it.These tiny squares of flapjacks are individually wrapped, and look the business when out in the open, all flapjacky with a swirl of icing over the top. Beautiful even. Unfortunately, they're a little on the bland side, actually, they're quite a bit bland...They smell awesome, there's a definite whiff of lemon, but, upon tasting, that taste of lemon is negligible to the point where they shouldn't have bothered. They're also very dry, you can't eat these without having a large drink within reaching distance. I had to check the expiry date in case I was eating an out of date batch, but there was plenty of time on them.I've tried Graze boxes before, ones with the nuts and savoury snacks, and they were absolutely fine, great even, but I think I'll be giving these things a miss next time.
