Great for Travel
A little lighter than expected. But so far enjoy the product. Can feel a deeper ab workout. Worth the money, definitely. Plus easy assembly and disassembly, for travel and small spaces.

Holds My Weight
I am about 175 pounds and this supports my weight great. The device comes with one rubber end attached and the 2nd needs to be attached. That 2nd end seems to want to slide and fall off. It would be better if both were securely attached before arriving. I am thinking some type of glue or epoxy could help with the issue. It gives you a great workout and you can definitely feel it the next day.

Easy to put together - lightweight - holds weight
I'm 185 pounds - it holds my weight comfortably and I was worried that the bar would start to bend but it hasn't yet. I do wish that the rubber grip stayed on a bit better - it tends to slide during use, but it rolls smooth (another issues sometimes with these types of products) as well as is small enough to store.

Works good!
This ab wheel is great for challenging my abdominal muscles. It really makes me work. It also is a nice stretch for my back when I need it.

Very effective
It's so much harder to do than you would expect! I used it maybe 6 times down and up and my abs were sore for 2 days!!

Great for use while travelling
I bought this to use while travelling. It is easy to take apart and use when pushing straight out and back. It is not stable when attempting to roll the wheel either to right and left. So I do not use those exercises when travelling. I would not and do not recommend this product for everyday use. I have a more stable Ab Roller for that use.

Hard workout!
This is not an easy an exercise because there’s no resistance to help pull you back up. But it’s definitely a good one and I like that they include a knee pad.

Works great comfortable mat
My wife loved this gift it’s very easy to setup and the mat is very comfortable to knee on she says it definitely works out her abs and back and she will continue to use it.
