This is really great product!
I had another brand just like this one that I brought from Amazon; after one year that brand was not made to automatically change the time in November by moving the time back one year and move the time forward one year when spring arrived. Unfortunately that brand did not include instructions so I watched a video on Amazon and finally figured out how to move the time. This year that brand would still not move the time and it stopped showing anything except "It is now Thursday"; even though it was not really Thursday.I really love the clock so I decided to buy this brand. This brand was easier to use and it came with instructions. I am extremely happy with this brand. If this brand also does not automatically reset the time with each season change; I hope there will be no problem resetting it. If it also conks out; I will be on the lookout for any brand that builds this clock with automatic time reset. Whoever comes up with such a brand will become a multimillionaire immediately!

Dementia Clock
My uncle has one so I bought this clock for my 93 year old dad. He loves it!!! The only thing is I have to play with the menu key on the back because somehow the alarm which sounds like nice chimes goes off at midnight. I have to figure how to turn the alarm off which I just haven’t done yet. This is the 2nd one I bought. The first one came with the alarm off. It’s a great clock.

Excellent Buy
My 98 year old, bed-ridden mother likes to keep her room on the dark side so sometimes she loses track of whether it's day or night. She loves this clock because it gives her everything she needs to know about the day. Even with poor vision, she can easily read it from 6-8 feet away.

Great for our family
This is the perfect size and function for our family. My mother is 85 and is having trouble with "sundowning" so the extra line that tells us when it is late night, or early morning, or dusk, really helps us know what time of day or night it is. I got one clock for her home and one clock for my home. And it easily sits in our entertainment center so it is not left and obvious. It is a subtle reminder. It has a remote and an alarm, and once in awhile the alarm goes off. I need to remember to turn it off before it's not so dulcet ton interrupts our movie.

Very Disappointed
Updated to one star - unplugged it tp take tp other room and now it will NOT turn on . And yes I turned on the the on button in the back .Then it has a USB /upgrading , what does that mean?Do I find a usb to a usb cable that then plugs in the electrical outlets?OEither I overlooked the tiny font type or?I was purposely looking for a battery operated only, digital clock but, as soon as I opened the box, I was truly disappointed and will be sending this clock back. I must of looked at least 35 or more digital clocks, as I had put in the search bar battery operated only digital clock. But I noticed after a while that I waa looking at the same clicks because when I looked in my shopping cart there would be 2 or 3 of the very same clock. I already have one similar to this clock that has a plug but when the electricity goes out it is of no use just like this one won’t be pf use, as we will be without electricity for weeks or more.

Very good alarm clock
This clock tells me everything I need to know at a glance. I like the big screen and it provides a little bit of light in the room for getting up in the night. Time to visit the bathroom.

Perfect gift for seniors
Gave this to my uncle who was always confused as to what day it was. Now he always knows. The large letters make it easy to see.

Love the clock but NO information about the remote control
The clock is 5 stars! I rated it 3 stars because it included a remote control with no instructions, and I couldn't open the back to check the battery. At first I thought the remote was an accident, but I see it's include in the photo on Amazon when buying the clock. No mention of a remove on the packaging either.I bought the clock for my 86-year-old mother who has mild dementia. She has a wall clock with hands but often time the hands confuse her. She has great hearing and she doesn't like sound of a clock when the second hand moves. This clock is great because everything is spelled out—nothing is abbreviated! I also liked the feature displaying the morning, afternoon and night (which can be turned off if you don't like it). I like it to display, morning, afternoon and night because my mom gets confused between morning and night during DST, it's light out at 8:00am and it's light out at 8:00pm.Hopefully mom likes it too.
