stretched out after one wearing
was going to use this to help with posture but didn't want a rigid brace. this thing was so flimsy it stretched out after I wore it one time. don't bother

This is a medium, and it fits like a large keep that in mind when you order one, I am also 6,4, 215 pond and It fit just right. It was supposed to come in, in like 3 months but it came in way really, Love it would bye again.
