Traditional back-bacon is fabulous as part of a traditional Full English breakfast, makes an amazing B.L.T, and is a brilliant ingredient in quiche, spaghetti carbonara and soups. Great authentic flavor
Growing up in the UK I was familiar with back bacon. This bacon is a good substitute, with good flavor. My only slight comment is that the fat was a little too thick cut and needed trimming. This is a great product for a British breakfast fry up or a bacon “buttie”.

It is good
A lot like the Irish rashers, but a wee bit smaller than Donelly's Irish Rashers.

DELICIOUS -- DELICIOUSNESS!!!Found this on Amazon and put it in my wish list. Checked my list and instead of $30++ dollars it was $9.99!! Yikes!! I ordered right away and cooked as soon a it was delivered. I'm going to order again right now!!

Amazing British style bacon!
It’s like being at the grocers in London, proper bacon sandwiches are back. Without a doubt the best bacon in the USA.

Delicious!
This bacon was bought as a gift for two people who had it in Spain and loved it. They said the bacon was just the same as what they experienced and they raved about it!! Almost no fat, delicious meat.
