Durable
I bought this product in Jan 2014 and it quit working Dec 2018. Now I am buying it again. I believe it lives up to the name "Reliable". It took the normal bangs and handle drops and kept on working. It is designed to meet all the needs of a steam mop; refreshes rugs (or carpets), scrub brush for hard to remove spots and grout lines, to sanitizing floors; with ease of transition from one to the other use. I believe a helpful tip to anyone using a steam mop would be if you are concerned about a milky residue or streaking is to try it out in a closet area first. My thought is if you have a sealant such as a wax or similar on your floor there is a greater chance of getting the streaking and milky look. The moisture from the steam may be getting trapped between the sealant and the floor. So it is more science than the product's doing. Everyone has an opinion and this one is mine, hope it has been helpful.

Didn’t last long
I liked this steam mop, but it only lasted a year and a half, using once a month. Will not be replacing with same one.

I really like how clean it gets my floors
I really like how clean it gets my floors .My only complaint is it does not clean grout between tiles. I still have not found anything that cleans the grout lines in my kitchen. IT produces lots of steam. It was hard to figure out how to put together at first due to poor directions. It has a long cord that stores easily IT is very heavy though so being a disabled person this was a concern but it pushes fine when the steam is on.

just what i needed
I hate to admit that I have not washed my kitchen floor in quite some time. So, I was surprised that the first time I used this, my laminate floor came really clean & it was very easy to use. I hate cleaning floors but this makes it so that it's not so bad. Works well & would recommend. I really like the Velcro pads which are easy to clean afterwards. Good product. I've used it a few times

When it works, it works great but don't expect it to last.
When it works, it works beautifully. Unfortunately it is not a durable product. I purchased my second one last October (after the first one's handle broke) and it just stopped producing steam (of course the warranty is expired). I've gone through all of the trouble-shooting in the manual to no avail; the squeeze handle doesn't seem to connect properly the floor component. I take very good care of my equipment and I'm so tired of spending money on products that are not built to last. It's just not worth it to spend over $100 on a product that's only going to work for a limited amount of time (and don't forget to budget in replacement filters and replacement pads when calculating the price of the "Reliable" product.

The best ever floor mop!
I had never used a steam mop before, and hesitant to try one out. However the reviews I read on cleaning tile floors all seem to point to a steam mop as the best method. Previously I had been cleaning my floor for over 2 years with a sh-mop. I wanted to try something that would be easier and possibly cleaning the floor better. I was apprehensive about how 248 degrees Fahrenheit might even crack the tiles. I was blown away with how fast it was to steam clean the floor, and the built-in steam brush lifted the difficult spots without me bending down and applying elbow grease. This is a really great product. I cleaned the whole floor in half the time, and it was the first time I did the floor in one day. Steam is available almost immediately, and I used 2 full water tanks to do it, applying steam almost constantly. The floor was done in a little over an hour, and I hardly worked up a sweat. I would recommend this to anyone who is cleaning tile floors. Wish I had used this 2 years ago.

wont keep up
Pros-good trigger control light weight good cord unique scrubbing brush.. Cons Hand grip on water reservoir is to wide for the average person and makes for clumsy filling and reinstallation. Only one large jet in the middle of the base Steam becomes hot water in a short time causing the mop end to saturate with water. I purchased this mop just recently and was a bit disappointed with the performance. when you let it sit it leaks from the bottom of the reservoir and the jet at the bottom of the mop, you get a pool of water on the floor. Like all the mops I"ve tried the boiler temp is to low 240 degrees and that's the best you can get. The output temp. varies from one machine to the next according to the volume and how many jets the mops have. My personal experience is that the boilers in all these mops are to small and need to generate at least 320 degrees at the boiler. Most of the mops generate a steady 212 degrees at the boiler but 120 to 150 degrees at the mop end. That's why a good canister cleaner can cost at least $1000.00 This particular model Steam Boy Pro t-3 puts out the most steam and hottest I've used but it is short lived. The mop become saturated with luke warm water and all you do is spread the water around and it cleans virtually nothing. To prove my point take the Wet Swiffer test after you use any brand of steam mop and you will find how much dirt your missing. The unit has only one large jet in the middle of the mop .There should be many jets around the outside of the mop. The finger control is great but the boiler wont keep up with your movement, short bursts of steam seem to make it more efficient for better cleaning control. I just went back to the old Wet Swiffer, that works the best.

Great Option for Keeping those Tile Floors Clean
Wife loves this thing and is perfect on our Tile Flooring for cleaning and easy maintenance. Highly recommend have been using for a couple of months now with no issues or complaints. Considering we have 3 dogs and 4 kids this thing really has made my wife's life easier and quick for cleaning. She also uses it to clean the surface of the 18 month's old play area which has rubber rized 1 foot by 1 foot ABC tiles, to keep them clean especially when the dogs decide that its a great place to mark their territory.

Great product
I will be using this product on a daily basis. It works great and heats up well. I love the fact that it cleans and sterilized the floors at the same time.

Breaks
This was a 2nd one in 18 months (both stopped working after the warranty ran out). It worked well and we assumed that the first one was a lemon but after wasting our money on the 2nd one will not do so again. The first one stopped making steam (so just left puddles everywhere) and then the 2nd just stopped doing anything. Super disappointed - do not recommend.

Not Impressed at all!!!
I thought that this Reliable product would be as good as the steam machine I purchased from them a couple of years ago. But, no, this steam mop leaves floor very, very wet and full of streaks. The floor looks actually better when you pass a regular mop...for the price I was not impressed at all. I am returning it for a refund as it did not do what was expected.
