The tabs for the labeling fall out so easily which is not good since the whole goal is organization so I had to buy new higher quality plastic labels at office depot instead of having to ship back.

Cheapooo!!!!!
These are crappy, the glue holding the metal hangers in is not at all secure. Half of mine have fallen out, or once I put a folder in them it unwrapped itself from the hanger and fell into the cabinet. I had to go buy another two sets of a different type instead because these all just fell apart!
