I’ve been battling anemia for about a year now with no luck due to all the pills irritating my gastric ulcers terribly. I was recommended by other sensitive tummy folks to try a liquid. Figured I’d go with the tried and true geritol. I’ve only used it for a few days, but haven’t had any discomfort so far, which is a great sign! Maybe it’s placebo or coincidence but I’ve also had a little more energy and less of a headache than usual after work! The taste isn’t too bad, but the sickly sweetness of it is what gets me, but I find a little juice completely mask the flavor.Also love the B vitamins included. They’re all MTHFR friendly, so it’s very convenient for those of us that have that have to watch out for folic acid and cyanocobalamin.

This is my little lifesaver.I had no idea just how badly deficient I was until I gave into a TikTok video about anemia and now I'm changed forever.It's an acquired taste, that's for sure.But seeing as I'm on my second bottle, it's easy to swallow - even palatable after a while.Just chase with orange juice or water and you'll be good.I also learned not to take it with coffee, or any other caffeinated beverage for at least an hour after you've taken the supplement.Something about potency and the caffeine lessening absorption .NOTICE: I recommend taking this at night, because it may wreak havoc on a sensitive new stomach.Nothing crazy, but it did give me an unpleasant nauseous feeling for about a week before I switched to nights.Besides that, my fatigue has decreased so much it's like night and day.I no longer bruise at the slightest touch, and I have noticed my hair is actually coming back. This stuff right here! It has been a game changer for my energy levels! Within a couple of days of taking this I could feel a switch in my motivation to get up out of bed and get task done. I literally paused in the middle of my day and said omg I don't feel tired, I can actually get stuff done! I was really surprised by how fast it actually started working. It did not take weeks or months for me to start feeling the benefits, it only took a couple of days. At first it didn't register that it was the supplement until I had to think about what had I done differently that increased my energy like that and the only thing that had changed was that I had started taking the Geritol Energy Support. So far it has been a huge help with my energy!

My energy did improve 100%. I have no idea what the description days tasty because it's far from that. Just have you a coke nearby by, pinch your nose, take a few deep breaths through your mouth and take that shot. Then take a quick swig of coke, swallow, take another, swish it around. Other than that, it does exactly what it says ot does. Also take heed of the instructions of being careful to take with other vitamin supplements. I was doing this and had ao much energy I couldn't sleep and was having nightmares at my big age.

The taste is ok not the best but it is a vitamin and you can smell the iron as well. It is easy to swallow and I have not had any side effects. I wanted a liquid vitamin with iron that was easy digest as well as take and not make me constipated be used of the Iron in it. I should’ve gotten it as subscribe but I wanted to try it first before I made that commitment. There’s a good quantity in there. I do not mix it with anything I just pour it in the measuring cup that came with it and swallow. I wanted to make sure I am getting all my vitamins from this. It is a brown liquid but again it is a VITAMIN! Doesn’t smell bad or taste awful. It is bland. But not as bad as the flint stones vitamins I had to ingest growing up. You just smelled the iron in those and I gagged. Great quality for your money and I plan to continue to keep taking it daily. If you did want to mix it into a drink you could easy mix it into some OJ which would help you absorb more of the iron in it.

I took Geritol when i was younger. The results were immediate and surprising. Now several decades later I felt I was low on iron. My doctor confirmed this, so I ordered Geritol. BAM. Same quality, instant improvement. NOTE that Geritol contains a bucketload of B vitamins. So if you're a person who takes B supplements daily (like those expensive energy shots which really, is like digging a rose garden with a back hoe)... Geritol is far less expensive per dose and may allow you to drop the other supplements. (To be truthful: It's about the top of its price level for me. More expensive and I'd have to think twice and look for cheaper supplements.)NOTE: This contains 15% alcohol, so should not be used by alcoholics unless they can control their alcohol intake, nor should it be used by those who are alcohol-sensitive (digestive problems, medicine conflicts, etc.) Geritol can be rather strong for some people, so eating it with a slice of bread can reduce tummy upset if that is experienced.
